finn hombergen

Finn Hombergen is an early career occupational therapist, completing his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast.

Finn has worked in the NDIS space as a support worker and allied health assistant since 2018 and loves working with individuals, families and care teams to support people to function independently and strive towards reaching their potential.

Finn has experience working with adults with Autism-Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, using emotional regulation as a core intervention. Finn also works well with adults with psychosocial disabilities, using a cognitive behavioural approach when appropriate. In regard to physical impairments, Finn has assessed and prescribed AT such as beds, pressure mattresses, ELR chairs and powered and manual wheelchairs to name a few! 

Finn is incredibly passionate about helping people recognise their potential and achieve their goals and understands the importance of building quality therapeutic relationships with participants and their families and embracing people holistically.
