It's ideal for someone who thrives working independently, with a typical caseload of around 4 billable hours daily.
No hard KPIs set, as long as clinicians are servicing their clients!
Our smart admin system does the heavy lifting, cutting down report writing time and reducing cognitive load, so you can focus on what really matters—your clients!
At Easy Living OT, we value autonomy but ensure our clinicians always have an approachable director and lead OT that is accessible. Get one-on-one mentorship from a director with 25 years’ experience. We invest in your growth with paid supervision, CPD, and hands-on guidance to help you level up your clinical skills. Emma can help the right OT to expand on their evidence-based toolkit and achieve positive outcomes for their clients, which feels good personally and professionally!

Role Details:

Service Adult NDIS clients primarily in Melbourne's East
-
Travel to clients is limited to a 30-minute radius from your residence
-
Manage a caseload of adults with physical and psychosocial disabilities
-
WFH model lets you complete report writing and admin tasks from home when it suits you
Support Provided:
-
Benefit from paid monthly supervision from the director and lead OT
-
Choose between weekly, fortnightly, or monthly supervision
-
Opportunity to participate in joint sessions with the lead Occupational Therapist for complex clients
-
Lead OT provides feedback on reports and AT applications to help clinicians upskill with their written communications

Quarterly social events – a bit of face to face time is always good but we don't overstep!

Requirements:

At least 1 year of postgraduate experience (negotiable)

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Driving licence and vehicle
-
AHPRA registration
-
Unrestricted working rights in Australia

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to complete one

Own ABN and insurances – professional indemnity and public liability (we can help you understand this if this is new to you!)
