Referrals and the OT process
We welcome referrals from all sources. Please feel free to call 0404 512 293 or email admin@easylivingot.com to discuss your needs to see if we are the right fit for you.
We are usually able to see most clients in 4-6 weeks however waiting times can vary, so again please contact us if you would like an accurate time frame.
Treatment
In liaison with you, your goals will be prioritised and interventions will be carried out to achieve your agreed goals. We will keep you updated as to the progress of our work with you and look to review regularly.
Review
Regular reviews are part of the OT process and as you know, health conditions change which can require adjustment of treatment plans. For NDIS participants, we prepare reports closer to the end of your plan, that provide clear recommendations for your next plan. OT reports form a key part of the review process so it is important to capture all the relevant information and present this in a way that meets the NDIS reasonable and necessary criteria.
Initial Assessment
Our initial home based assessments can take anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity and at the end of our meeting, we will have a list of goals, which will form the basis of our work together.
