Meet your Perth clinician
Finn Hombergen has relocated to Perth and has immediate capacity for face-to-face appointments across Perth Metro, with telehealth available Australia-wide. Finn has worked exclusively in the NDIS space since graduating and is very familiar with NDIS processes, reporting requirements, and funding applications. Many Melbourne-based participants continue with Finn via telehealth to maintain continuity of care and consistent momentum toward goals.
