Zahid
Zahid Jalil began his Occupational Therapy career in 2023 and has been working within the NDIS community sector since 2020 as a support worker and therapy assistant prior to commencing his journey as an Occupational Therapist.
Zahid has worked with a diverse range of participants within the aged care and NDIS space. Zahid has experience completing comprehensive functional capacity assessments with holistic recommendations, minor home modifications, assistive technology prescription and capacity building interventions to improve engagement in daily living activities.
Zahid is passionate about providing client-focused therapy by taking the time to get to know the individuals he is working with to better understand their wants, needs, and expectations in order to best support them in achieving their therapy goals. Zahid enjoys being able to build rapport with his clients and strives to provide support to participants in an inclusive manner.
Zahid has a passion for mental health and supporting individuals living with psychosocial disabilities to achieve their goals and maintain independence within their lives.
