Easy Living Occupational Therapy is a registered NDIS provider (Registration ID: 4-433C-1031) delivering specialist occupational therapy services to adults, along with limited services for older children. We support people with both physical and psychosocial disabilities and have proudly been part of the NDIS since January 2017.
Over this time, we’ve supported hundreds of clients and remain committed to helping many more achieve their goals.
We now offer face-to-face services in Melbourne and Perth (with one of our occupational therapists recently relocating to Perth), and provide telehealth appointments Australia-wide.
We’re pleased to share that our team now includes four qualified OT Driver Assessors, ready to assist with a range of driving needs. From comprehensive driving assessments to tailored rehabilitation, we offer fast turnaround times to support you to get on the road safely and confidently.
We have increased capacity and are currently accepting new referrals for NDIS and Home Care Package clients.
Our service delivery model provides professional, evidence based supports by highly skilled therapists who work in a timely manner to meet clients' expectations and help them to achieve their goals.
Small is beautiful and we know we can provide good outcomes for clients by keeping this way and focusing on what we do best.
Easy Living OT was recently successful in completing the Initial Verification Audit against the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018. This highlights that we have effective policies and procedures in place which underpins the work we do with our valued clients.
We also see clients with a GP referral for Chronic Disease Management, providing expert assessment/advice on how to live with chronic illness.
